- Can I switch tiers later?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your workspace. Changes prorate against the calendar month so you only ever pay for the days you were on the new tier.
- Do I have to commit to a year?
- No. Every tier is month-to-month and cancellable from the billing page. Annual prepay is optional and unlocks a 15% discount if you want it.
- What happens if I go over my quote cap?
- We do not block quotes — extra volume above your tier bills at $0.09 (Starter) / $0.04 (Growth) per quote, or roll into your next flat-rate tier automatically if it keeps happening for two months.
- Is the resale-market stream real?
- Yes. The pricing agent ingests the same live stream your tier is gated by — every quote pulls from the most recent wholesale-direct observations and applies your condition multipliers on top.
